the fulfillment formula

I Failed at Life and Business — So You Don’t Have To

I’m a millennial life and business fulfillment coach. I’ve failed at both — so you don’t have to.

Failure, by definition, means “not achieving its end or not lasting; unsuccessful.” Some may look at my life and say, “That can’t be true. You seem to be doing alright.” And they’re right. I am blessed beyond measure. But when it comes to my purpose, my dreams, and my happiness, I have spent years feeling unsuccessful in achieving what I know I’ve been sent here and called to complete.

So why work with me?

Because I’m good at what I do. Great even. And I’m on the quest to become one of the best. I probably won’t save the world, but I am determined to change the world around me.

I have over 38 years of life experience and more than a decade in business development, strategic planning, and organizational communication. I’ve chaired committees, worked in the nonprofit arena, earned 13 certifications, completed a Master’s degree in Communication Studies with an emphasis in Human and Organizational Communication, presented over 25 workshops, and served hundreds of minority entrepreneurs.

Simply put: I know how to get your ish together.

My approach is real, relatable, and a little risky — but you will be fulfilled. My purpose is to use every gift, trait, skill, resource, and connection I have to improve the quality of life of the people I’m blessed to encounter.

Through consistency, discipline, ambition, and just a little bit of delusion, everything you want — and more — can be made possible for you.

“Your goals deserve structure. Your life deserves clarity. Your business deserves strategy. And you deserve fulfillment in both. Let’s work.”

Live fulfilled. — Shirleena Racine
